On Martyrdom

Martyrs enter this land
In thousands
Like refugees of a nasty war

This impending crowd,
Queued up for unforeseen glory,
Forebodes all that happens on earth
Before martyrdom

Never would I question their qualification,
But see, in the offing,
The grandeur of martyrdom
Mercilessly redefined.

Yes, indeed. we should never question the qualification of martyr. But what about such martyrs, who have been declared as Martyr for a no good reason? What about those who are declared as martyrs in the wake of political pressure?? We should riase eyebrows on them who are self-declared ones.

However, I dont have any reservation over ur writing . In fact, i am nothing before u. Moreover, the poems are really wonderful . whenever, i feel relaxed, i visit your blog, sir. i love reading blogs. So, plz keep on writing.

What one should do at a time when he staunchly believes that he has lost many things ?? Please, write something to motivate the students. A bit motivational lectures are lacking sir.

sincerely
